Floral Flavors
A masterpiece inspired by the African Violet. This signature creation is a study in botanical decadence—featuring a crisp chocolate-almond sablé and velvety AMATIKA-violet ganache.
At the heart of this dessert lies a vibrant compote of red fruits and rose, layered with rich violet custard and a violet gel.
