Shipping policy

As a made-to-order bakery, we require at least 3 (and up to 5) business days to prepare your order, plus the additional shipping time, which will depend on your choice of shipping. We package our products with great care, and your satisfaction is of great important to us. If you are unhappy with something you received, please contact us at chipper@chipperandcheeky.com so that we may work with you to resolve the problem to your full satisfaction. We unfortunately cannot guarantee a delivery time for any order placed on our site. All orders are shipped as soon as we are able, or depending on your preference during checkout. Due to UPS regulations, we cannot offer refunds for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, incorrect, or incomplete purchases.

All orders are shipped via UPS once the transaction has been completed. If an effort to deliver all products in a timely manner, your order may be fulfilled in multiple shipments. If any item in your order is delayed or back-ordered, we will ship the items when they become available. As a result, you may receive more than one shipment for each order.

Please note: All orders are shipped Monday through Thursday only during regular business hours.  Delivery time is determined based on the order fulfillment, not order placement.
