Where is Chipper & Cheeky located?

Our business is in the Santa Clarita Valley (SCV). While there is no storefront, the business provides local delivery and pick-up services throughout Los Angeles County and Southern California.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, local pick-up is available by appointment at the Santa Clarita location. White-glove delivery is also offered for custom cakes and large events in areas throughout Los Angeles County and Orange County. 

Do you ship your gluten-free desserts outside of Los Angeles?

Statewide shipping within California is offered for select items. Custom tiered cakes are currently limited to Southern California delivery.

What makes Chipper & Cheeky a luxury gluten-free bakery?

How do you handle cross-contamination for Celiac-safe orders?

Chipper & Cheeky is a dedicated gluten-free bakery that uses only certified gluten-free ingredients.

Do you offer corporate gifting or large-scale event catering?

How far in advance should I place a custom order?

For signature cakes and smaller treats, at least 7–14 days notice is recommended. For wedding commissions, booking 3–6 months in advance is suggested.

I have multiple allergies (Dairy, Soy, Nut, Soy-Free). Can you accommodate me?

Chiper & Cheeky aims to create inclusive experiences. Many of our gluten-free desserts can be made vegan, soy-free, dairy-free, and nut-free. Use the Custom Order Form to list specific allergies so chefs can determine if a safe, bespoke recipe can be created.

What is the recommended lead time for an order?

To ensure the highest standard of artistry and ingredient freshness, we observe the following timelines: 

  • Signature Collection: We kindly request a minimum of 1-2 weeks’ notice.  While we strive to accommodate last-minute requests, please note that Priority Production may incur a premium curation investment. 
  • Custom Bespoke Cakes: A minimum of 2-4 weeks is required for design and execution.
  • Wedding Commissions: To ensure that we can match your vision with our utmost artistic, professional care, please allow at least 2-7 months for consultation and creation
