Our mission includes sourcing and using the highest-quality, responsibly produced ingredients that help promote sustainability. We have carefully selected ingredients from leading food brands in the industry that promote fair-trade, organically produced products.
Please see the items most used in our pantry below, for our vegan and gluten-free products (the gluten-free only ingredient list is below):
Chocolate: All organic, premium, and sourced fair-trade.
Flour: 1) Gluten-Free: Special homemade blend of gluten-free flours, nut flours, and starches, all sourced, non-GMO, and unbleached. If you are allergic to nut or rice flours, please let us know via our Contact Us page and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Food Dyes: Mostly, we love to let the ingredients do their thing. If a cake needs an extra boost of color, organic plants, minerals, herb extracts, and/or food dyes are used. We can also use high-grade food gels to bring further vibrancy to decorations we create.
Edible luster dust: We use high-grade, edible luster dust to add sparkle to our handmade decorations.
Nuts: For our vegan and gluten-free products, normally use nut milks, such as almond milk, to make most products offered. Please note: We can use soy milk if preferred; simply let us know your preference when making a purchase. We also use coconut-based products and tree nuts in a number of products.

Oils & Fats: Non-GMO, ethically sourced, non-hydrogenated, and sans trans-fats. Sans cholesterol (for the 'vegan + gluten-free' and 'gluten-free *only*' products).
Produce: Our produce selection includes fresh, organic, and locally grown ingredients. If ingredients required to make various products are not available, we may have to alter the product (using similar ingredients).
Sweeteners: Vegan granulated sugar, vegan powdered sugar, agave syrup, light corn syrup, maple syrup, brown sugars, glucose syrup, turbinado cane sugar. We source organic, vegan, and non-GMO sugars for our desserts.
Soy: As stated above, we can replace any milk used in products with soy milk, at your request. Our vegan butter may have soy. Please specify any allergies so that we can make any adjustments if possible.
Products used to make 100% Gluten-Free ONLY desserts:
Eggs: The eggs that we use are most often organic, always free-range, and ethically sourced.
Milk: We use milk and dairy products from certified-humane companies that have been a leader in nature-friendly, responsible farm practices.
Butter: We source pasture-grazed, organic butter.
Sugar: We use invert sugar, or honey, that is locally sourced.
N.B.: If you have any dietary restrictions or serious allergies, it is your responsibility to disclose them to me before placing your order. Chipper & Cheeky is a gluten-free-friendly food business with a wide range of vegan + gluten-free optoins, but processes with products that you may be allergic to. Please ask before you place an order!

We also provide clear, elegant custom menu labels for all installations to ensure absolute transparency and peace of mind for your guests.
For fully managed, white-glove setup and delivery within Southern California, we observe a production investment baseline of $600.
Volume corporate gifting orders and custom cookie distributions under $500 are available for scheduled collection at our Santa Clarita Valley studio location.
