Our gluten-free Galette des Rois is made with layers of gluten-free laminated dough, filled with a creamy almond-vanilla-based frangipane cream, and dusted with powdered sugar.  Flaky, creamy, and delicious -- and gluten-free!!!

Traditionally celebrated from Jan. 6th, the religious feast day known as the Epiphany, until the end of the month, galette des rois is now a yummy way to ring in the new year surrounded with family and friends, no matter what you believe in.  Plus, there's a little "king" inside each galette.  The person who finds the fève is king (or queen) for the day!
