This special dessert is made with chocolate-almond sable crust, AMATIKA-violet ganache, a compote of red fruits and rose, rich violet custard, and a violet gel. We adorned this edible beauty with fresh raspberries and a gorgeous array of Chipper & Cheeky's signature edible petal work.
